From B2b perspective too, large companies have sites in Espanol, Italian, and other global language based on geographies you cater to.

Agreed with @Bhawna Mehan For BFSI and D2C it works really well. Specially for North Indian marketings, using Hindi for TOFU content works well. I have also seen ads performing better if they are in regional language than english. So although a lot depends on the product and regions but on high level using vernacular languages get more engagement.
