Since you are just starting, don't go for tools right away. Let Twitter/YouTube algorithm work for you. Interact with the content of the field you are catering to so that both platforms throw to you similar stuff(which you want!). Manually source influencers and while evaluating ask yourself "if I were the potential customer would I interact with his/her content". Important - Negotiate on digital rights for period of 1-2 years.

I think go for a boutique agency. They'll charge 8-10% of the budget (even lesser in some cases) and manage the entire sourcing, execution, and reporting of the campaign. I’ve done experiments on very tiny budgets so don't be afraid to put this idea on the table. Happy to get into details over DM
