I still don't understand. I am just trying to post a job and I don't see any guidelines anywhere and I see people randomly posting without any form.

@Niranjan Bala watch your tone mate. You are bordering on bullying now. I didn't know the rules and I am still learning them. That's not the same as intentionally violating them. @Shaf I still don't see why other people are being allowed to randomly post job oops but I am not?

@Navin Israni - I don't quite understand what you are highlighting. Could you drop the links to such job opps that you think other people are posting?

They're not posting links to job opps but they're posting JDs or something similar. You can check channel. I took a quick scan and I saw many of those and I didn't see a form. If you want people to use a form, pin it on top so people can see. I would have filled the form had I seen the form link and/or people using it. Now it looks like I would have to get my company to pay to post a job opp here while others are freely posting without any fee or form.. do you see why I am confused?

This is a requirement and not that well defined as they are seeking a freelancer. The one by Gaurav is a miss from our end. Also, for one of such direct posts there are at least 10 that use job opp form. That should be enough for someone to separate the norm from exceptions. I will not argue with you further. If you are unwilling to use the form, I am tagging @Ishaan Shakunt to post it on behalf of Speargrowth using the job form pinned to the channel, if he wishes to do so. Thanks for highlighting the misses from our side though.

I never said I wouldn't fill the form. I am pointing out the fact that the form is not apparent and many people besides me have missed it. @Ishaan Shakunt I'll post this job with the form myself.

+1 for it being very easy to miss the guidelines. I once posted a job seeking post on the general channel as wasn't sure if I could post it here. Saw some folks posting on the anon channel, but didnt wanna take that route. I also understand how difficult it is to track each post by the admins. Might I suggest an annoying technique I have seen being used? It's an automated message that goes out to the channel if someone doesn't use the prescribed format. Not sure if it's on brand for this community, just a suggestion [Attaching ss]

This is similar to what I was gonna suggest. An automated message that goes out every day in the job opps channel so anyone who opens the channel (or most of them) can see the message
