Trying to help out a friend and an HR professional who I'd worked with earlier. She has an MBA in Marketing, and more than 10 years of work experience. She's been in Edtech the last 8+ years. An able and empathetic HR leader who's also a go-getter. She looks out for senior HR or HRBP roles right now. Expected CTC would be =/>16LPA, and earliest joining date be mid-August.
