What do you envision the role will do in the first year? You'll have 3 months as ramp up time to learn and get used to our systems, processes and frameworks.
Post that you'll have be working as a performance marketer.
We have KPI systems where you can get promoted to Sr. performance marketer and DotOne performance marketer within 3 months each(10-25% hike each time). A realistic timeline for these will be ~10 months per role though.
The Role:
This is a full-time remote position.
We are looking for an experienced B2B SaaS Ads Manager who understands the following:
1. B2B Marketing basics (Leads, SQLs, Buyer's journey, Sales Cycles, etc.)
2. CRMs (HubSpot/Salesforce)
3. Running Seach Ads (Google, Bing Ads)
4. Running Social Ads (LinkedIn, Facebook Ads)
5. Basic Marketing Analytics
6. Setting up tracking & attribution
7. Creating insightful reports
If you know these things, it's a bonus for us:
Experience with ABM tools or contextual ads
Leadership and Project management
Responsibilities:
1. Own paid marketing campaigns we run for the client.
2. Gaining a deep understanding of our clients' products, audience, and industry.
3. Understand and enhance the marketing strategy we create for our clients.
4. Creating reports that will help us get visibility into the performance from impressions to SQLs.
5. Keep track of all the experiments you run and provide insights based on them.
6. Coordinate with the designers, copywriters, and marketing strategy teams to ensure the work progresses smoothly.
7. Optimize and document our ads processes.
What will the role be measured on? Client happiness, # of experiments you run per account
Getting results for the clients based on the projections you create is tablestakes. Our head of performance marketing will ensure you're able to do that.
