Hi, I'm trying to connect to a google sheet that it's in a shared drive. They gave me administration access to the drive, I have edit access to the sheet, yet I can't see the spreadsheet when I'm trying to authenticate via Oauth with my account (I'm not interested in service account authentification). What's going on?

Yes, it will work with a sheet shared directly or shared in a drive. I just tried it and was able to create the source. I see your workspace is on the Free tier and you won’t be able to add a Cloud Extract source with this plan. Do you have another account that is on growth or enterprise?

I think you're looking at a personal account. The workspace is called wedoogift-product and it's not a free tier

For growth and enterprise customers, we have dedicated support channels. Can you DM me your workspace id or email associated with the account? when you sign in via Google, you should see all the sheets in the drop-down. Can you check what permissions do you have on the shared sheet and drive?

Idk, I asked for support and your chatbot sent me here. The email is product@wedoogift.com and the workspace id is wedoogift-product. I don't have access to that email though. So, I have edit access to the sheet and I have administrator access to the drive I don't understand what's going on, it should be detected by your system

Is the sheet shared too or only the drive is shared? Can you try sharing the sheet directly and see if it shows up in the list?

Hey @green-jordan-18696 this feature is currently not supported and you will have to work with a non-shared google sheet for now.
