Hi, I am using reverse ETL to send users from Redshift to Hubspot.
I am getting complaints from my sales team that a small number of users are not making it to Hubspot.
Upon investigation, Rudderstack is making batch create requests to Hubspot that fail because one of the contacts in that request already exists.
Any reason this might be happening?

Actually, as I am writing this, I am realizing that many of the failed requests include contacts with email addresses with uppercase characters. This is something I can address on my end and see if it works. Would appreciate confirmation that this is behind the issue, if possible.

Don't know if this is user error or an opportunity to improve the Hubspot destination
