It should be doable and yes you should use JS SDK. You can give it a try.

I see that bubble.io has support for adding custom javascript (As mentioned in this bubble.io forum discussion). So I don't see any reason if there would be any issue in adding JS SDK. Please do share if any specific integration will be required here
