Urgent: Hey Rudderstack, We are using rudderstack on iOS app. We recently upgraded from free plan to Starter plan for upto 10M events. However as soon as we went with the payment, No events were being reported. Do we need to reset any connections?

I think you resolved it for the source that I created recently

DNS entry got added incorrectly. That has been fixed. I sent couple of events to the new source to verify. Those must be the ones you are seeing

We need the existing source to be fixed as well for continuing the obsevability
Do we need to update something from our side?

DNS issue was for the dataplane URL. It was not at a source level.
Once the DNS cache expires for your end ios users, events should start to flow

Hmm. I see the iOS client sending events to the data plane layer. But not seeing them on the portal in live events section

How are you checking iOS client sending events - are you testing the source or is this in production

Im sending events from the app and checking the live events section on the source.

DNS TTL is 5 mins. Ideally, you should see them coming
