Hi! Hubspot question, is it possible to sync custom tables when using cloud extract? If not, is it possible to get data from the API response when using Hubspot as a destination? Eg. when creating a Company, the Hubspot API will return a object with the internal ID that we would like to save.

With an event stream syncing to Snowflake, is it possible to manually sync for a specific time period? Our sync failed on Friday and unfortunately no one noticed until Today. The issue is now fixed but new syncs are only capturing the last ~30 minutes of events. I would like to recover the events we missed out on from this morning. On the monitor dashboard I only see the one failed sync from Friday in the “aborted’ syncs, so I can’t simply retry the failed syncs from this morning because it seems they were never attempted. What I’d like to do is manually trigger a one-time sync for the last 24 hours or so to recover the missing usage data - is this possible?

Hello Team, We have faced with an issue integrating Segment destination. Once we successfully added Segment as a destination the events started to arrive. All looks good, except group event - it misses the group id and as a result an account is not created in Segment. If we check Live Events in Segment destination we see that group id is missing (Screenshot 1) Checking the same event in Variance destination all looks good, groupId is present (Screenshot 2) The same event in Source (connected to both Variance and Segment destinations) looks good, with groupId on board (Screenshot 3) Please let us know if you need more details.

I am looking to connect Rudderstack to Zapier; But due to the billing and resource limits of Zapier I only want to subscribe to certain events. I see the Mapping Track Events to a particular Zap, and that works. But it seems like setting the Zap URL, means ALL events go to Zapier; and this is a required field. So, not sure how to disable that part. Not sure how many people are using this feature, but pushing all Events to Zapier does seem like it would generally be not great for Zapier. And that the URL might work better as a Default URL for subscribed events

hi folks! 👋🏼 is there a way to easily join the individual _track_event_name_ tables to the main tracks table? i'd like to extract the event properties and attach them to the main table. the idea that i have in mind is to create a lookup list with all the tables and custom properties and do a for loop to join the _track_event_name_ one by one. it's a brute-force approach and can easily blow up. i'm wondering if there is a better way to do it. all recommendations are appreciated 🙂

HI guys, I hope you all are good. I have a problem with Clevertap destination and I want a help abou this. We have somes users that using the same device, so these profiles are merging in Clevertap destination, this is a big problema because we can’t separate the flows differents flow for differents users. We asked the Clevertap support about this situation and we received this answer:

*When multiple people are identified on the same device.* If you push multiple identities on the same device, without using the OnUserLogin API, CleverTap will merge profiles for all of these users. If you would like to avoid this merge, you have to ensure that when you are identifying users (that is, users are logging in, you call the OnUserLogin API).

hey everyone! have a bit of an edge case I suspect that I’m trying to troubleshot: Issue: Page events are failing to send to split.io Background: We have two sources set up in Rudderstack feeding into split, one is wordpress based and the other is react. All wordpress page events send without an issue. All custom react events send without an issue. All page events from our react source fail to send.

Error 400 "eventTypeId does not match with ideal format".

Reviewing the live events, it’s clear the payload for the react page events isn’t correct, but I’m a bit lost as to why only react page event payload is incorrect. Do any of you all have any idea?
