Its automatic detection for agents that sounds like scams or something like that, you can follow up on your ticket and ask what was the reason for the ban and they will advice you for it.

I would like to continue working with retellai, will pay invoices but i dont understand why verification is needed? Ill ask our project manager to resend email aswell

No verification needed , just clear the outstanding invoice and it will be unblocked automatically.
Just login normally go the billing page and open the invoice and you will be able to pay it.
