They did V3 but V3 also has a conversational variant which was decent and could be used on other platforms. I asked for it so many times they just ignored me

I am hoping they can't ignore v4

I'm going to add that as feature request.

Thanks Omar 🎉 Is there a way we can submit feature requests I’ve missed, via forum or support channel or just here?

You can submit it in any channel, what ever is easier for you.

Can someone help me about the new credits pay plan? Need a mod or something.

I have submitted a ticket on Pylon. If any mod/support can look into this, I just need clarity on the subject. #63149

I am using Gemini 3.1 Flash-Lite, and it worked perfectly before, but I think recent changes have affected the model’s behavior. I tried other, more expensive models, like Gemini 3.8, and they solve the issue without any prompt changes. What’s really interesting to me is how the tool changes affec

It happens sometimes, but the rate is around 30–40% out of 100 calls, so it creates a pretty bad user experience. The AI spells out the tool name instead of actually calling it. The interesting thing is that all the other tools work perfectly.

Let me check that

I see it working fine now, looks like you just needed to add credits.

@Omar Ashraf | Community Lead Ye, I saw you replied within the ticket. I didn't want to directly at you because you were offline. Than kyou 🙂

its fine , you can submit a ticket and tag me here also to check it.

Yeah, 30–40% is pretty high, especially if the other tools are working fine. It definitely sounds like something changed with how Flash-Lite is handling the "end_call" tool after the Retell update. I’ve dealt with similar Retell tool-calling issues before. Feel free to DM me, I can take a look at your setup with you and see if we can get it working reliably without having to switch to a more expensive model.

Fantastic, will try it out today. Thanks Omar 🙂

Thanks Jos, I have already solved the issue, I just changed the how end_call function being called. I have changed the function description, and made it run only based on some specific phrases, and it actually helped to figure this out.
