I can help with both. The version issue is usually caused by the LLM test window holding onto an older draft/session instead of the latest published version. For the transfer, you can reliably force a failure depending on how the transfer target is configured. What transfer method are you using (SIP, Twilio, Telnyx, etc.), and is the version rollback happening every time or only after certain tests? @Alexander
