@AI Evy on retells api to get call results, can i select which specific fields i want only? to avoid sending all the information from the call?
a
Thanks for tagging me @K Rudy. I'll look through relevant sources and get back to you shortly.
### Answer No, the Get Call API doesn't support field selection to retrieve only specific fields [(1) ]() . When you call the Get Call endpoint, it returns the complete call object with all available fields . If you want to limit the data you're working with, you'll need to filter the fields on your end after receiving the full response from the API .

@AI Evy does creating a new workspace has a price?
a
Thanks for the follow-up, @K Rudy. I'll get back to you soon.
### Answer Creating new workspaces has no additional cost. [(1) ]() , [(2) ]() You can create multiple workspaces to organize different companies or environments without incurring extra charges. [(1) ]() , [(2) ]() However, each workspace requires its own payment method to be set manually. [(3) ]() Billing is tied to the organization owner's account, and workspace admins cannot manage billing with their own credit cards.

@AI Evy im assuming each concurrent line bought only counts for 1 workspace right?
a
Thanks for the follow-up, @K Rudy. I'll get back to you soon.
### Answer Yes, that's correct. Concurrency limits are per workspace. [(1) ]() Each workspace has its own concurrency allocation, and if you upgrade the concurrent calls on a specific workspace, it will only update for that workspace. By default, Pay-As-You-Go users get 20 concurrent calls per workspace. [(2) ]() If you purchase additional concurrency, those extra concurrent calls apply only to the workspace where you made the purchase. [(1) ]()

@AI Evy what are Transfer Screening Agents?
a
Thanks for the follow-up, @K Rudy. I'll get back to you soon.
### Answer Transfer Screening Agents are AI agents used in agentic warm transfers that have a two-way conversation with the transfer target to decide whether to bridge the call or cancel it. [(1) ]() In Retell AI's Call Transfer Node, when you configure an agentic warm transfer, you can select a two-way conversation agent (the transfer screening agent) that handles the handoff. This agent talks with the transfer target and determines whether the call should proceed. While the transfer agent is working, the original caller hears on-hold music or a ring tone. You can also configure a wait time for agent answer to set how long to wait for the transfer agent to make a decision. This differs from a standard warm transfer where the AI simply delivers a whisper message to brief the human agent before connecting.
