@AI Evy Why doesn't global node have an skip user response and go back option?

Thanks for tagging me @Bobster2002. I'll look through relevant sources and get back to you shortly.
To learn more, see the sources I considered: [[1] Global Node](https://docs.retellai.com/build/conversation-flow/global-node) [[2] Conversation Node](https://docs.retellai.com/build/conversation-flow/conversation-node)
### Answer Global nodes can have a "Go back to previous node" option, but they don't have a "Skip Response" feature like conversation nodes do. [(1) ]() The Skip Response feature is specific to conversation nodes and allows the agent to say something and automatically transition without waiting for user input. [(2) ]() When enabled in a conversation node, it creates only one edge for transition after the agent finishes speaking. Global nodes work differently - they're designed to handle universal scenarios that can be triggered from anywhere in the conversation flow. [(1) ]() When you enable "Go back to previous node" on a global node, you define a Go Back Condition that determines when the conversation should return to where it left off. This requires evaluating the user's response to know when to navigate back, which is why it doesn't support skipping the user response entirely. If you need to make a statement without waiting for user input before returning to the previous flow, you might consider using a conversation node with Skip Response enabled instead of a global node for that specific scenario.
