@AI Evy the appointment location breakdown/collumn in call history, where is that pulling from?
a
Thanks for tagging me @Alexander. I'll look through relevant sources and get back to you shortly.
### Answer The appointment location data in the call history is most likely coming from the Post Call Analysis feature, specifically from custom analysis fields that you've configured. [(1) ]() Post Call Analysis automatically analyzes conversations after they end and can extract various types of data including Boolean, Text, Number, and Selector values. The
call_analysis
object in the API response contains both built-in fields and a
custom_analysis_data
object where custom fields are stored. [(2) ]() [(3) ]() [(4) ]() [(5) ]() If you've set up a custom post-call analysis field for "appointment location," that data would populate in the
custom_analysis_data
section of the call object and appear as a column in your call history dashboard. [(1) ]() Note that custom post-call analysis fields are not populated for calls that were not connected or where no conversation took place.

a
@AI Evy we had two locations Fullerton and Murrieta, but recently added 4 more and have been booking pretty evenly between them, but for some reason in Appointment Location we only see Fullerton or Murrieta, even though we can confirm on the backend that the correct locations are being booked

Thanks for the follow-up, @Alexander. I'll get back to you soon.
### Answer Based on the issue you're describing, the problem is likely with your Post Call Analysis configuration for the appointment location field. If you're using a Selector type field (which seems likely given you have specific location options) , you need to update the enum values to include all 6 locations. [(1) ]() For Selector fields in Post Call Analysis, you define a fixed list of categorization options. If your custom analysis field was originally configured with only "Fullerton" and "Murrieta" as the allowed values, the LLM will only extract those two options even if customers mention the 4 new locations during calls. To fix this, you need to update your agent's
post_call_analysis_data
configuration to include all 6 location options in the enum. [(2) ]() The field should look something like this in your agent configuration:
Copy code
json
{
  "type": "selector",
  "name": "appointment_location",
  "description": "The location where the appointment is scheduled",
  "options": [
    "Fullerton",
    "Murrieta",
    "Location3",
    "Location4",
    "Location5",
    "Location6"
  ]
}
After updating the agent configuration with all location options, new calls should properly extract all 6 locations in the Post Call Analysis results. [(1) ]() [(3) ]()
