@AI Evy Did you guys remove the function to block interruptions?

Thanks for tagging me @Juan Andres Quiroga Monje. I'll look through relevant sources and get back to you shortly.
### Answer No, the block interruptions feature has not been removed. The Block Interruptions setting is still available in Retell AI's Conversation Flow nodes. [(1) ]() According to the documentation, when you enable Block Interruptions on a node, "the agent will not be interrupted by user when speaking." This setting appears in the Node Settings section of conversation and function nodes. However, based on community discussions, there's an important limitation to be aware of: the block interruptions setting currently applies only to voice input, not to keypad/DTMF input. [(2) ]() If users press keys during a message, it may still interrupt the flow even when block interruptions is enabled for voice. If you're experiencing issues with the block interruptions feature, you might also want to adjust the
interruption_sensitivity
parameter (values between 0.2-1.0, where lower values make interruptions harder) to further control when the agent can be interrupted. [(3) ]()
