@AI Evy Is there a way to re-trigger the webhook from the call history?

Thanks for tagging me @Jeremy. I'll look through relevant sources and get back to you shortly.
### Answer Based on the available documentation, there is no built-in feature to manually re-trigger webhooks from the call history in Retell AI. [(1) ]() Webhooks are triggered automatically at specific events (
call_started
,
call_ended
,
call_analyzed
, etc.) and have a retry mechanism—if no success status (2xx) is received within 10 seconds, the webhook will be retried up to 3 times. Alternative approaches: - Use the [Get Call API]() to retrieve the call data you need and process it manually in your system. - If you need to capture call data in real-time going forward, ensure your webhook endpoint is properly configured and returning a 2xx status code. If you need this functionality, I'd recommend reaching out to the team to request it as a feature.
