@AI Evy there is a delay when testing in viewing the Conervsation Analysis and Post Call Data in Call History. At least 5 minutes before the data is viewable.

Thanks for tagging me @JockRusky. I'll look through relevant sources and get back to you shortly.
### Answer Post-call analysis data typically becomes available after the call is analyzed, and you can access it through the dashboard's Call History tab, webhooks (
call_analyzed
event) , or the Get Call API. [(1) ]() A 5-minute delay is longer than expected. Here are some things to check: Verify there are no ongoing issues: - Check the [Status Page]() for any current performance issues. [(2) ]() Ensure calls are connecting properly: - Post-call analysis fields will not be populated for calls that were not connected or where no conversation took place. [(1) ]() - If the call has a disconnection reason like
dial_no_answer
,
dial_failed
, or
dial_busy
, the call status is
not_connected
and analysis may not be performed since no conversation occurred. [(3) ]() Check data storage settings: - If you've opted out of data storage/recordings, this can affect whether analysis data appears in Call History. One user reported that disabling the opt-out setting resolved their missing analysis issue. [(4) ]() Alternative access methods: - Instead of waiting for the dashboard to update, you can use the
call_analyzed
webhook to receive real-time notifications when analysis is complete. [(1) ]() - You can also retrieve analysis results programmatically using the Get Call API. If the delay persists after checking these items, please share a call ID so the team can investigate further.

Thanks for the follow-up, @JockRusky. I'll get back to you soon.
### Answer Thank you for providing the call ID. A 5-minute delay for post-call analysis to appear is not typical behavior based on the documentation, which indicates analytics data is updated in real-time. [(1) ]() Since there are no reported issues on the status page, this may require investigation by the Retell AI team. Similar issues with call history data have been resolved after users provided their organization ID to support. [(2) ]() To get this resolved: 1. Locate your organization/workspace ID (format:
org_XXXXXXXXXX
) - you can find this in Settings → Workspace 2. Share your org ID along with the call ID (
call_7d056cedb1fb36f8d8bd86e79cf
) in this channel or reach out to support In the meantime, you can try accessing the analysis data programmatically using the [Get Call API]() to see if the
call_analysis
field is populated there before it shows in the dashboard. [(3) ]() [(4) ]()
