@AI Evy I have a conversation flow agent that makes a transer call to another agent that is a single prompt agent with a static greeting message. When I try the agent with the chat mode it works fina, but when I test the call the greeting message is not the same, it is a previous version. What is happening?

Thanks for tagging me @Fer. I'll look through relevant sources and get back to you shortly.
### Answer --- This sounds like a caching or version synchronization issue between your chat test environment and the actual call environment. Based on the available sources, I don't have specific documentation explaining why the greeting message would differ between chat mode and call mode for a transferred agent. Here are some things to check: 1. Verify the agent version is published/saved – Ensure the single prompt agent with the updated greeting has been properly saved and deployed. Sometimes changes in the dashboard need to be explicitly published before they take effect in live calls. 2. Check if the transfer is pointing to the correct agent ID – Confirm that your conversation flow agent is transferring to the correct agent with the updated greeting. 3. Clear any cached configurations – If there's a version mismatch, the call environment may be using a cached version of the agent configuration. I don't have direct documentation on this specific behavior. @AI Evy How can I check the cache?

Thanks for the follow-up, @Fer. I'll get back to you soon.
### Answer There isn't a direct method provided in the documentation to manually check or clear the agent cache. [(1) ]() However, based on community reports of similar issues, here are steps that may help resolve the version mismatch: 1. Publish your agent and check phone number version – After making changes, use the publish button to create a new version. Then on the phone numbers tab, ensure you're using the correct version. [(2) ]() 2. Update and re-deploy the agent – Updating the agent's configuration or re-deploying it might help clear any residual cached data. [(1) ]() 3. Check if the from_number is overriding your agent – If your from number is assigned to an agent in the dashboard, it will override your params when making calls. [(3) ]() 4. Check for fine-tuning examples – Someone on your team might have added a fine-tuning example in the agent config that takes precedence, effectively masking the expected behavior. [(1) ]() 5. Create a new agent for testing – As a workaround, consider creating a new agent to determine if the issue is with the specific agent's configuration. For your specific issue with the transferred single prompt agent, verify that the phone number or transfer configuration is bound to the correct agent version that has the updated greeting. [(4) ]()
