- `eleven_turbo_v2`
- `eleven_flash_v2`
- `eleven_turbo_v2_5`
- `eleven_flash_v2_5`
- `eleven_multilingual_v2`

These are set on the **Voice Agent** configuration (not directly on the create phone call endpoint) . The `voice_model` parameter selects which ElevenLabs model is used for the selected voice. 

If unset, default voice models will apply.

You can import ElevenLabs **community voices** from the [ElevenLabs Voice Library](<https://elevenlabs.io/app/voice-library>) using the "Add Custom Voice" option in Retell. [(1) ](<https://discord.com/channels/1186424376300679209/1186462578310910112/1466960785556115716>)

However, there are limitations:

- **Default/pre-made ElevenLabs voices** (like "Jessica") are not supported for custom import—only community voices are available through this method. 
- **Custom cloned voices** created directly in ElevenLabs have limited support. You can upload and train a custom voice via the voice selector (ElevenLabs or Cartesia) , and it remains private to your account. [(2) ](<https://discord.com/channels/1186424376300679209/1294954011132432384>)
