Retell AI

Hi,

I recently bought a twilio number on retell.ai and made a test phone call months ago.

Today, it's not working and I get the message : "Error creating phone call
The destination number is not allowed to be called. xxxxxxxx"

Inbound and outbound allowed countries are set to France but still not working.

Ensure the destination number is in E.164 format — e.g., +33XXXXXXXXX

For further information, when I place a call to a french landline number (starting with +331), it works.

The problem occurs when I try to reach a french mobile number (+336/+337). I think it can be caused by my phone operators or stuff like that blocking some calls.
