7th time reposting this ive literally sent countless messages here now begging for support and getting the run around I'm reaching out because I submitted to have my sms campaign approved while back but its still showing as pending. The company profile was approved and now im on a bit of a time crunch to get this done. Please help or review the sms campaign asap. im literally getting the running from you guys and absolutely no communication other than "well let you know" than another day goes by. i need someone here to call me. this is absolutely business is being ran this way.. THIS NEEDS TO BE ADDRESSED TODAY... I just got an email after all this time vaguely saying “The campaign submission has been reviewed and it was rejected due to Disallowed Content.” And I have zero idea what needs to be fixed… so do I have to know guess what the correction is and wait another 2-3 weeks??. and now ive received 2 random additional charges with zero information as to way. ive literally been asking for updates every single day here. trying to run a business here and everything is now put on hold because of retell ai's side. i dont care about anymore "well let the team know" , "well expedite this" or anything else.. someone here needs to address this today. well be considering consulting with legal counsel if this is ignored yet again....
