I started to see the same pattern from last week, or maybe it started a couple of weeks back(don't remember, thought it was one time thing). Before that, it was working like a charm for 1M+ calls, now it gets like ~25% error rate: does nothing after the function(not speaking) or repeats the same thing over and over and over. Something has changed, and it ain't looking good. This one is single prompt agent. GPT5.1 but we used it from the beginning when it appeared, was good till like 2 weeks ago, thoughts?

Yeah we didn't have anything similar to this before on any model, 4o, 5, 5.1, this is rare, but looks like from time to time we get this, total silence or repeating same thing over and over after using function.
