By default, this returns the current time in `America/Los_Angeles` timezone (e.g., "Thursday, March 28, 2024 at 11:46:04 PM PST") . 

If you need a specific timezone, use `{{current_time_[timezone]}}` — for example: 
- `{{current_time_Australia/Sydney}}` 
- `{{current_time_America/New_York}}` 

There's also `{{current_hour}}` and `{{current_hour_[timezone]}}` if you only need the hour.
