We are relying on retell for our customer service and we often need to transfer calls directly from AI to customers. Seemingly randomly however we will see that the transfers fail Some troubleshooting steps we have already implemented: We have checked the logs and have verified these failures are not due to the customer's disconnecting. We have tested this with warm transfers and cold transfers. We have set up fallback nodes to transfer nodes to essentially repeat after failing, we are still getting stuck in transfer fail loops. We have increased our concurrent call limit and have enabled concurrency boost. We also checked our detailed logs to see the SIP errors and those have been vague and unhelpful as well. The frustrating part is that our transfers usually go through, but the failure rate is still unacceptable. No clue what we could be doing wrong but nothing seems to work.
