Call transfer node is not working properly.

We're encountering an issue with warm transfers in Retell. After automatic pressing digits to navigate the IVR using a LLM prompt, an AI detection system intercepts the call before our human agent picks up. It verifies a human on our end, interacts momentarily, and only then completes the transfer. Issue: In addition to increased handling time, this process forces agents to repeat their introductions. This causes confusion, as agents expect to engage the actual caller but are instead occupied with the AI, and this preliminary dialogue is not relayed to the caller. Is there a way to bypass the AI detection layer and enable direct transfer, where after automatic pressing the digits using LLM prompt setting given in call transfer node , it immediately completes the transfer without this additional human verification step? Also, the Documentation here doesn't provide much detail related to other options in call transfer node : https://docs.retellai.com/build/conversation-flow/call-transfer-node https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/1471541660293791964/1471541660591591630/Screenshot_from_2026-02-12_21-14-24.png?ex=698f4f77&is=698dfdf7&hm=2819c50464b108f7b751801edf65a96dacc52f9a50810e3e64f3bf1ded6b5ffc&

Hi @gabe
Can you provide a call id

At approximately the 50 second mark, anything spoken by our agent is not heard by the actual caller. Instead, that audio is first consumed by the AI human detection system to verify our agent. Only after this verification is the call and control transferred to the original caller. This forces our agent to repeat their introduction, leading to confusion.
We simply need that, when a digit is entered via an AI prompt not by the caller, the call is immediately transferred to the corresponding point in our IVR.

Ok I report this to team to look
Hi @gabe turn off the transfer only if a human answers and it will be ok

Hello @Shehroze -Support @Retell I tried that, but the issue is that the automatic digit press doesn't execute based on the LLM prompt. Instead, control is handed over to the user, who must listen to a message played on our end and manually press the digit key. Our goal is to navigate automatically.
Now with "turn off the transfer only if a human answer" it doesn't work, and control is given to the user to navigate manually.
