SIP Trunk not connecting - I Have confirmed with my Provider (CircleLoop) and they have tested the SIP Credentials on a softphone and confirm they are working. Yes, Everything has been triple checked and confirmed to work with other platforms and softphones

ok please share Retell Call History logs or CircleLoop SIP logs

based on logs outbound calls are being attempted but the destination isn't answering you need to double check the termination SIP URI format (should be something like sip:username@circleloop-domain.com) circleLoop may not have whitelisted Retell's IPs: 18.98.16.120/30 The call is reaching CircleLoop but not being routed to the destination
