On the transfer function , can you switch to sip invite and get it back to sip refer , and publish your agent.

so I just check SIP INVITE without clicking any button and check back SIP REFER and publish ?

So with the sip invite method, this really only works with retell bought numbers, there must’ve been some sort of caching issue where it got stuck on sip invite

Because when you sip trunk a number in, you’re basically just telling twilio how to originate and terminate and refer, but if you try to make an outbound dial from something retell doesn’t own it’ll give you that error
