Hi! 

When inserting values for check_availability_cal and book_appointment_cal I get a red message that says ”error validating cal.com tools”. This has been a consistent issue for many days and I need it fixed urgently.

For both checking and booking via cal.com

hide your api key or delete the screenshort

you need to double check your api key and event id 
as the issue could be related to api key permission or event type ownership. Verify the Event Type ID belongs to the same Cal.com account as the API key

Hello <@522482732652036106> , you are using cal.com made in Europe , which gives you a different event type, that is not supported here yet 
to fix this make an account outside Europe and this will fix your issue.

But it has worked before, with other accounts in the same country.

Can you share the agent id that worked before , just to make sure i'm not talking about the timezone , i'm talking about the cal.com account.

It is the same agent, but I need to change the cal.com account for the agent.

Make sure the phone number is using the correct version of your agent.

Error calling Cal Event Type API: Axios Error: error code: ERR_BAD_REQUEST, error message: Request failed with status code 401

This is the message I get using the latest version, as it can’t connect to the new cal.com account.

401,  means something wrong with your API key.

can you share the call id just to make sure.

It is probably because it does not connect to the cal.com tools
