@AI Evy In Conversatin node, how can I create a global q and A node and have it answer the question and then return to the node that called it?

Thanks for tagging me @Sanjay. I'll look through relevant sources and get back to you shortly.
### Answer To create a global Q&A node, you can set any node to be a global node by checking the
Global Node
checkbox in the node settings. [(1) ]() You'll need to set a condition for when the global node should be transitioned to—for example, "When user asks a general question." Any time during the call when that condition is met and the agent is performing a transition, the global node will be triggered. Regarding returning to the previous node: The available documentation does not explicitly describe a built-in mechanism to automatically return to the node that triggered the global node. Global nodes can be transitioned to from anywhere and do not necessarily need to be connected to the rest of the graph. Possible workarounds: - You could manually create transitions from your global Q&A node back to the key nodes in your flow. - Consider making key steps global nodes themselves to allow users to jump between nodes as needed. [(2) ]() Note: Some users have reported looping issues when using global nodes with split/logic nodes, so you may want to add transition fine-tune examples to help guide the model. [(3) ]() If you need a more robust "return to previous node" feature, I'd recommend reaching out to support or checking if there are updates to the conversation flow capabilities.
