My agent is deactivated and they request business documents via email. However, I am just an individual. Am I able to use the service without LLC?

I already did but somehow the system flagged something and sent me an email saying they will deactivate my account in 48 hours if I do not provide business document

So far they have not replied my email. This caused me to use other platforms instead
