I changed my global webhook URL (Settings → Webhooks) but Retell is still sending to the old URL. Set webhook URL to webhook.site for testing Dashboard shows the new URL is saved correctly Detail Logs show 401 errors webhook.site received ZERO requests webhook.site has no authentication - it accepts everything This means Retell isn't sending to the URL shown in my settings. It appears to be caching my old URL. Happy to share account details via DM with Retell staff.

You server is returning 401 response data: ["Unauthorized"] not us. we sent the request but it won't acepcct it, it most likely you have some sort of authentication.
