@AI Evy the problem is my agent is talking weirdly some words I did put it, it's supposed to read IQA (ICA) but it keeps speaking letter by letter (I Q A) https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/1302816169367044149/1461689974851371008/image.png?ex=696b785e&is=696a26de&hm=1e5f1e6cb4d1b3e3ff2eaa838a4793eac411a821683a5ca65a40d13dbd4edd00&

Thanks for tagging me @Gru Gru. I'll look through relevant sources and get back to you shortly.
### Answer To fix pronunciation issues like "IQA" being spelled out letter-by-letter instead of pronounced as "ICA," you can use the pronunciation dictionary feature in your agent configuration. [(1) ]() The pronunciation dictionary allows you to specify how words should be pronounced using IPA (International Phonetic Alphabet) . Here's an example from the API:
Copy code
json
"pronunciation_dictionary": [
  {
    "word": "actually",
    "alphabet": "ipa",
    "phoneme": "ˈæktʃuəli"
  }
]
For your case, you would add an entry like:
Copy code
json
{
  "word": "IQA",
  "alphabet": "ipa",
  "phoneme": "ˈaɪkə"
}
Note: This feature is currently only supported for English and 11labs voices. Additionally, you can enable
normalize_for_speech
which normalizes text (numbers, currency, dates, etc.) to spoken form for more consistent speech synthesis.
