Hello the issue on your Telnyx side, you can see the call on the other side , but Telnyx won't let it through, I asked so i can help you know where the issue is, but its not on our side.

we talked to telnyx and they said Issue Description: Outbound call is failing with 403 unverified caller ID. Findings: Caller Id used is active on the user x account. But, connection ID being used is active under a different telnyx account. retell AI setup needs to be reviewed. Need to program a connection ID on the same account using the telnyx caller ID

Problem solved, I needed to add custom SIP headers in RetellAI in the call transfer function. X-Telnyx-Username Username

@Omar Ashraf | Community Lead the above issue was resolved .but same error reappears for call_f030ecb6b11a486d64d131453f5 ,what might be the issue ?We resolved the other one by adding X-Telnyx-Username Username in custom SIP headers solved 90% ,except this one
