the # Guardrails you have 

- ALWAYS run this function at the beginning of the call "get_user_info_by_phone"

but keep in mind that you are using the user_number variable which is only will have a value during phone calls , not web calls

I would rather use the inbound because it will always work, but if this works for your use case then its fine.

i relly want to do it but will add new function incode but this is not the problem 
the problem is that i can't test the inboud call because i don't have SIM and the agent still don't have his own number 
we still didn't buy for him a phone number
