I am purchasing a US number through Retell and using it for inbound voice agent. The agent performance is not good, I have observed multiple times that voice agent drops the call within communication. Sometimes changes the tone within the call. Sometimes it does not pick the call at all.
Kindly help me solve this issue, thanks.

Can you send some call ids so we can check

For example this call id: call_06160535cf246f4bf09c16a3dd9
voice agent voice & tone keeps on changing, losing conversation context and at the end drops the call without any reason
