I have to report it to the team to check that , but this usually is 500 SIP error category, means their an issue with the provider server.

Thank you, I'll wait I would go straight to the provider, but the thing is that absolutely all calls from the softphone from my trunk are successful, while only about 1-5% of calls through Retell are successful — all the others are "telephone provider unavailable"

it's realy strange, because this SIP Trunk is logged in in my MicroSip directly and i'm able to reach any number that couldn't be reached when i make calls from RetellAI. This issue appeared recently, on 8 January if i'm not mistaken, before everything was fine with this line and it was working good from Retell. This call that gave you 503 code, is even not visible in VoIP CDR, like it wasn't even initiated. VoIP support also told that they checked and tested route and didn't observe any issues with it
