This means if your agent returns HTML code, the widget will either:
- Collapse formatting characters (like `\n` for newlines) into a single paragraph 
- Or in some cases, actually render HTML tags (like `<img>`) as their output rather than displaying the raw code [(2) ](<https://discord.com/channels/1186424376300679209/1447648415843618998>)

If you need to display raw HTML code to users, you would need to build a custom chat interface rather than using the standard Retell chat widget.
