I don't have a complete list of restricted countries for SMS delivery in the available sources.
What I can share from the sources:
- Kenya was mentioned as a country that cannot be added for verification at this time [(1) ]()
- Venezuela, Russia, Belarus, and Iran are on a sanctions list that restricts calls to numbers from those countries [(2) ]()
- For Persona verification, some countries are not listed, and users have been directed to email support@retellai.com with their documents for manual verification review [(1) ]()
To get the full list of restricted countries for SMS delivery, I'd recommend contacting support@retellai.com directly—they can provide the complete list and also process your business verification request if your organization qualifies.
