@ai-evy Could you please confirm whether the $20/month “SMS Advanced” (Retell SMS) fee is billed once per account/workspace (covering all agents), or if it’s charged per agent?

Also, if it’s account-wide, does enabling it apply automatically to all agents in the workspace, or do we need to enable/configure it per agent?
