Hi, has anyone else been struggling with the advanced warm transfer? I keep receiving this tool result status "{"status":"Transfer failed due to an error.. Please inform the customer that the transfer did not go through and offer to try again or assist them directly."} It works if I use the normal transfer (transfter after detect human) but the chat with human doesn't work. Has anyone got a fix for this?
