Hi there! I am Rusy, a content marketing person in the B2B SaaS domain. I'd like to read some books that would enhance and deepen my understanding of content marketing to help me learn about it more deeply. Can someone recommend books in this domain? Apart from this, I'm planning to buy 101 essays that will change the way you think and 4-hour work week. Has anyone read any or both of these books? How have the experience been with these books? I like non fiction books that hail from the spaces of mental health and self help

@kind-queen-6796 I am looking for self help, inner transformation, and healing books. Some motivational books also won't hurt. I've read the "can't hurt me". Planning to read grit this week. I've read books from Rhonda Byrnes in spirituality and law of attraction and manifestation domain.

If you are looking for healing books then I think better to skip out the pot-boilers by self help gurus and go through actual CBT related books written by Psychologists/experts 1) Feeling Good - Dr. David Burns (have read this one a bit. Really good) 2) The Body keeps the Score Recommended by my friends but I haven't read these yet - 1) Complex PTSD - Pete Walker 2) The Dialectical Behavior Therapy Workbook - Matthew McKay (I've been told this one preaches religion in certain parts, which some people may not like)
