client has been engaging with the vendor to build the software product for about a year now and they wan't to have an agreement with them to make sure that they do not re-produce or sell the same product to anyone else and the client owns the IP.

Ended up going with someone from network, but price and explanations of the lawyer were on par with the person I went with.

09/28/2021, 3:15 PMwould still prefer someone via reference as it is difficult to gauge them. even the lawyer who has been drafting rental agreements most of the time claims that he can draft an agreement for IP rights 😕
