Recently being seeing a lot of ads about Club Mahindra. However, when I looked into it, the general consensus is quite negative. Does anyone have experience with this club or other clubs? If yes, then how has been your experience? Also, would you prefer using the facilities offered by these clubs to plan your vacation smoothly or would you DIY?

The other director from my company had it. We went on company trip to one of their beach location. He said it's not worth it since you now have much better options with airbnb. You don't have to lock-in and have a variety of locations to choose from.

If you actually try to understand the business model of these companies, you are actually losing more than you can imagine. The locations are generally far from city center and being lazy as we are, we don't want to travel to 1 hour to get general commodities and therefore we order expensive food from the hotel / resort.
