Check that travel health insurance has your passport number. This is usually what happens but mine didn't have for some reason and I called HDFC Ergo to update and send me a soft copy. Check that your vaccine is Covidhield or one of the EU accepted ones, and has passport number.

Either you registered for them with passport or you can add from CoWin website.
