Does anyone uses dual monitor setup for mobile development ? Is it really necessary for enhancing productivity or Is it only the alternative for alt+tab ??

It does increase productivity. I use emulator and terminal on the secondary screen.

Definitely increases productivity. Mostly keep Figma, browser and other stuff on one monitor, and IDE on another
