Dublin is probably the best bet if you’re looking for a career (A lot of startups and bigger brands have offices there). Amsterdam if you’re looking for opportunities to explore, party, etc.

I find Numbeo to be a decent source for cost of living data. Different places have different taxation rules. For instance, the Netherlands has a 30% ruling. Great, thanks for the details. Looks like it's around 3-4x costlier than Bangalore. One some of the parameters like child education, rent its even more.
