I'm looking to integrate an in-app chat solution where I can connect a customer with a specific fitness trainer from a big pool. What solutions should I be looking at?

We used Twilio API in Curefit/Cultfit for our patient-doctor chat. We wanted custom UX flows and lot of customizability so went ahead. Very cheap too. This decision was made in 2019 but stuck around till recently till some of the flows moved to more whatsapp friendly stuff.
