Hey #tribe How does one who is not a designer or a developer get remote opportunities outside India? Are companies outside India open to recruiting for those roles? If yes, what are the skillsets required? Trying to understand the remote (outside India) market for such skillsets.

There are startup's in india providing VA’s , Accounts and many others as remote employees to other countries. I forgot the name

@quiet-coat-90669 I think you should rather specify the roles you are looking for instead of phrasing "not X or Y roles". That role will then tell you what skills are needed - skills are role based in most cases.

We are looking into creating a job board where folks who have traditionally worked in Account Management/Customer Success/ Sales/ Growth can apply for remotely. From our research though we have found that companies are apprehensive to hire for such roles remotely and if they do, generally the preference is through an outsourced agency/vendor. Just looking for info from folks here and if there are any who work such roles remotely, how did they get it and what's the culture around remote hiring for such roles.

For Management/Customer Success/ Sales/ Growth roles it mainly depend on the where the company’s customer and target base is concentrated.
